HONOR COURT CHAIR & EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT: SPENCER MCQUEEN
PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION
The IFC Honor Court at Clemson is a key part of maintaining accountability and upholding the standards of the Interfraternity Council. Its main responsibility is to interpret and enforce the IFC Constitution, Bylaws, Executive Orders, and all other policies or guidelines established by the Interfraternity Council, the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Clemson Residential Life, and Clemson University.
The Honor Court is committed to ensuring fairness and consistency in its proceedings, maintaining accurate records of all cases and reviewing policies as needed to keep the system effective and up to date. Currently, 17 different chapters are represented on the Honor Court, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and promoting unbiased, self-governance within the fraternity community. This structure is designed to hold members accountable while also providing an opportunity for personal growth and learning.
